High Boots & Short Skirts!

Next up: short skirts and high boots.  I'm talking thigh highs!  That's right, we are about to have a 'Pretty Woman' moment.  Don't worry ladies, I'm not suggesting you look like a street walker, you can keep the boots above the knee without the hooker stigma!  Did I just say hooker on Sevier Skirts blog?! EEK!!  Never again, I promise ;)

Okay, so here we go.  Here are the rules.  If your going to keep the skirt short and the boots high, make sure what you wear on top is conservative.  I love the Tribal Beige with the brown leather over the knees.  I would top this off with a button down underneath a navy blue sweater.  It will be a very preppy school girl look with a twist.  Also, if your going to wear a short skirt and high boots, keep the heel flat.

Can you get away with a thigh high and a longer skirt?  Of course you can.  Keep the skirt in a straight style though.  Leave at least 2 inches of skin showing between the skirt and boots and you will be good to go!
