A big trend this year is leather. Not just for bikers and the T-Birds, leather is a trend you will see from high fashion trickled down to the ready-to-wear. To prove my point I hit the mall for some leather inspiration and research.
Literally the first thing I saw walking into Macy's was a leather display. Leather is big due to its small touches here and there. It's not an all over look, its more in the details....
From elbow patches to pockets, to sleeves, and front panels, you will find leather from Macy's to J. Crew and of course, Sevier Skirts.
Below you can see the touches of leather we brought to the style table this Fall. The Blockbuster Black is back, and brought along with it a new color way: Blockbuster: Gold!
You can dress these skirts up for many different occasions. Below, we did just that. For a casual look, try any of these skirts with a chambray top and booties, like we have with the Platinum Coin. A good business casual look is the Blockbuster Gold with our new line of tops, 3Dot and a fun pair of pumps. For a dressier look, go with a feminine blouse like the Blockbuster Black look.
The best part about our leather line is they are so easy to outfit! For the Blockbuster Black, pair with anything you would your favorite black denim pants. For the Blockbuster Gold and Platinum Coin, pair with anything you would khaki. Its just that simple!
